Built from scratch with time, care, and a love for tradition. Our Charlotte Tiramisu begins with soft ladyfinger sponge, carefully piped and baked in-house. Each piece is gently brushed with aromatic coffee syrup, allowing the rich coffee flavour to soak through. Between the layers, you'll find our smooth and creamy mascarpone filling, the heart of a true tiramisu. A final touch of French cocoa powder brings just the right hint of bitterness to balance every bite.
