Crafted in the shape of a festive Christmas wreath, our Pistachio Raspberry Christmas Cake brings together rich nutty flavours and bright berry notes in a beautifully balanced holiday dessert.

It begins with a dark chocolate crunchy feuilletine base, followed by a soft pistachio sponge and a layer of tangy raspberry coulis that lifts the richness. The cake is encased in silky pistachio mousse made using our own house-blended pistachio paste for a deeper, fresher aroma. A light pistachio Chantilly adds creaminess on top, finished with fresh raspberries, chopped pistachios, and a buttery almond sablé cookie for an extra festive touch.
